ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner seeks cancellation of patta that is now standing in the name of Ganapathy and others.

3.The first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before passing final order.
