3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that petition enquiry was conducted and after conducting enquiry, the respondent police have closed the petition.
4. In view of the said submission, this petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out remedy before the appropriate forum.
