This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent herein to register a case against the proposed accused based upon the complaint of the petitioner made before the 2nd respondent dated 03.11.2017. 2.The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the complaint has been closed after conducting petition enquiry.

3.Recording the said statement, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
