ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.175 of 2017 and to file final report before the concerned Court within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that Charge Sheet was already drawn on 28.08.2017 and it is yet to be filed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:- " The second respondent is directed to file final report in Crime No.175 of 2017 before the jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to see that the final report to taken on file and to proceed further in accordance with law."
