ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Prayer in this writ petition is to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action against the second respondent and ensure that the second respondent shall not construct any building without obtaining the planning permission on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2019 within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submits that so far no building permission has been obtained by the second respondent.

3.In view of the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, the relief as such sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. However, if the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is open to him to approach the authority concerned and redress his grievance in accordance with law.
