This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.10.2017 and conduct enquiry in accordance with law and subsequently, file the final report forthwith.
2. According to the petitioner, the compliant has not yet been registered by the respondents against the proposed accused. Hence, the petitioner has filed this petition, seeking direction as stated above.

3. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the nature of the allegations made in the complaint is purely a family dispute. Therefore, the petitioner has to approach the competent Civil Court to seek his remedy.
