Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the 3rd Respondent pertaining to the impugned order in President/AKaKu/APMK/Mel/Nir/A.No.001/2024 dated 14.10.2024 passed by the 3rd respondent and consequentially to direct the 3rd Respondent to reinstate the petitioner as priest of the temple namely Arulmigu Pattalamman Muthaiah Swamy Thirukoil.

ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.S.Madhavan, Additional Government Pleader for the Petitioners and this Court made the following order: This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the period of three months to comply the order, dated 29.10.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.26207 of 2024.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the time for complying the order dated 29.10.2024 in W.P(MD)No.26207 of 2024. is extended by another three months from today. It is made clear that the other conditions in the order dated 29.10.2024 shall remain unaltered. 2/4
