The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the respondent No.1 to instruct the second respondent to register the case on the basis of complaint dated 28.05.2015.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that petition enquiry is pending.
4.The second respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
