The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is no more. His son Mr.Ameen Ansari, S/o.A.C.Sahul Hameed, 86/80, Big Street, Udangudi, Thoothukudi District, is suo motu substituted by this Court. The Registry is to carryout necessary amendment.
2.The only prayer made in this writ petition is that the petition mentioned appeal should be disposed of on merits by the second respondent.
3.No exception can be taken to this request. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
