RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.(MD).No.628 and 629 of 2020 in Crl.RC.(MD).No.72 of 2020 dated 06.02.2020 on the file of this Hon'ble High Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.GUHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)Nos.628 and 629 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.72 of 2020, dated 06.02.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)Nos.628 and 629 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.72 of 2020, dated 06.02.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police has strongly opposed to relax the condition.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P (MD)Nos.628 and 629 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.72 of 2020, dated 06.02.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
