The petitioner approaches this Court with a prayer to direct the third respondent herein to register a case based on the complaint dated 2.6.2015 preferred by the petitioner and to file a final report within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.117 of 2015.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
