PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- for Anticipatory bail in Crime No.208 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 341, 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.208 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they did not commit any offence alleged by the prosecution.

4. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the State submitted that anticipatory bail was already granted to the very same petitioners in Crl.OP(MD) No.14099 of 2019, dated 04.10.2019.

5. Since anticipatory bail was already granted to the petitioners, the question of another anticipatory bail does not arise. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to move the appropriate application before appropriate forum.
