ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.praying this Court to call for the records pertaining to First Information Report in Crime No.131 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent Police and to quash the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submits that pursuant to the investigation Charge-sheet has been filed before the Jurisdictional Magistrate.

3.Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
