Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the fourth respondent not to harass the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil dispute. ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the fourth respondent not to harass the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil dispute.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

3. The petitioner states that he is a senior citizen and retired School teacher. The petitioner and his wife appears to have purchased a property measuring an extent of 2.5 Acres in two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

different survey numbers in Bodinaickanur Village, on 26.11.1993. It is further stated by the petitioner that at the instance of the fifth respondent herein, the petitioner was called for an enquiry and that therefore, the petitioner has given a representation to respondents 1 to 4 not to interfere with the civil dispute.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that no complaint was lodged by any one as against the petitioner and that it was only in relation to the representation submitted by the petitioner on 15.11.2017, the petitioner was called for an enquiry. However, it is further stated that no further enquiry is contemplated as no complaint was lodged by any one as against the petitioner. It is also stated that there will not be any harassment or interference by the fourth respondent in the civil dispute.

5. Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
