ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2318/A3/2021, dated 23.02.2022 issued by the District Educational Officer, Sivakasi, which has also been served on the petitioner herein.

2.Earlier, the order of the Writ Court passed in WP(MD)No.1017 of 2019 dated 18.03.2019, was to the effect that the respondents shall rectify the pay anomaly in respect of the petitioner and accordingly, step-up her pay on par with her juniors.

3.The petitioner seems to be aggrieved against the present proceedings issued by the District Educational Officer, Sivakasi, in Na.Ka.No. 2318/A3/2021, dated 23.02.2022. If that be so, it is always open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2318/A3/2021, dated 23.02.2022.

4.Rejection of the petitioner's request may not amount to wilful disobedience as such.
