ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the official respondents 1 and 2.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the Official respondents Police submitted that on the complaint given by J.Abinaya, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
4.It is made clear that the complaint has been closed, the respondents 1 and 2 shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.
5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
