ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents No. 1 and 2 to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.03.2020
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents represented that already the representation of the petitioner dated 05.03.2020 was considered and the same was closed.
3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no notice was served on him regarding closure of the representation.
4. Since already the matter was enquired and closed by the respondents there is no need to pass further orders by this Court. However the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned authorities for seeking appropriate orders in accordance with law. 2/4
5. With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
