PRAYER: This Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Subordinate Court, Devakottai, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2020, at an early date within such time. For Petitioner : Mr.PL.Narayanan

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for a direction to the Court below to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2020, within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.PL.Narayanan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the stage of the petition, there shall be a direction to the Subordinate Court, Devakottai, to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2020, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
