This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the 2nd respondents to file a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 16.04.2015 forwarded by the 1st respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.04.2015, petition enquiry has been conducted and closed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that closure report is not served on the petitioner.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the respondents are directed to serve the closure report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
