PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent police to execute the Non Bailable Warrant dated 10.04.2015 issued in P.R.C.No.30 of 2014 by the learned Magistrate No.V, Madurai and pass such other order as this Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to execute the Non Bailable Warrant dated 10.04.2015 issued in P.R.C.No.30 of 2014 by the learned Magistrate No.V, Madurai. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and particularly the fact that Non Bailable Warrant issued by the learned Magistrate has not been executed for quite some time, the respondent police is directed to execute the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. This order will not stand in the way of the accused persons filing an application to recall Non Bailable Warrant by surrendering before the concerned court. 4.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
