ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that the key of the shop has already been handed over to the petitioner, after this Court has expressed its strong reservation against the conduct of the Executive Officer/ the 2nd respondent herein, for giving incorrect information before this Court in the earlier occasion and a learned single Judge of this Court on that basis has also passed orders.

W.P(MD)No.6507 of 2021 2.In any case now the key of the said shop is handed over to the petitioner and therefore, nothing survives for any further adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
