ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent No.5 to cancel the bar of registration made in Document No.25 of 2016 dated 19.09.2016 and in Document No.40/2022 dated 2/5
04.07.2022 in respect of the petitioner's property in Survey Nos.357/4A, 358/2A, 358/3A, 367/1B2 and 367/2 situated at Ayan Reddiyapatti Village, Kariyapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District, by considering his representation dated 24.02.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2023 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the application is submitted under Section 77(A) of the Registration Act, the official respondents are directed to conduct an enquiry under Section 83 of the Registration Act, after issuing notice to all the parties and thereafter, pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
