ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 04.03.2020 as expeditiously as possible as prescribed by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has represented that he gave complaint before the second respondent on 04.03.2020 and the same was not considered by the second respondent. Hence, he filed this writ petition for the limited prayer to consider his representation dated 04.03.2020.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that already case has been transferred to Economic Offences Wing and FIR was registered on 26.05.2023.
4.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has represented that liberty may be given to the petitioner to approach the 2/4
concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate for seeking further remedy in this regard.
5.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate for appropriate remedy. No costs. 11.07.2023 NCC :
