ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner was having undivided share in the lands in question they were acquired. Instead of paying compensation proportionately payable to the petitioner, it appears that the entire compensation amount was credited in the Bank account of one sharer / Subbulakshmi alone. The petitioner wants it to be said right. The petitioner's request is absolutely reasonable.
3. The petitioner has given representations as early as on 30.05.2022 and 12.03.2023. The first respondent is directed to take immediate action and remedy the situation. This shall be done within a period of eight weeks form the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If recovery from the said Subbulakshmi is not possible, the respondents shall pay the petitioner first and thereafter recover the amount from the said Subbulakshmi.

4. This writ petition is allowed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
