2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that he is not pressing the Civil Revision Petitions, so as to raise all the legal issues before the lower Court and undertakes to send an e-mail in this regard to the Registry of this Court.
3. In the light of the same, leaving it open to the revision petitioners to workout their legal remedies before the lower Court, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as not pressed. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
