ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 herein to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher in the 3rd respondent school with effect from 19.06.2017 and disburse grant-in-aid towards salary and other attendant benefits, by considering the proposal dated 27.10.2017 submitted by the 3rd respondent school. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was appointed as a Secondary Grade Teacher in the third respondent school and seeking approval of appointment of the petitioner, the third respondent school submitted a proposal dated 27.10.2017 to the first respondent through the second respondent. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 fairly submitted that appropriate orders would be passed on the proposal dated 27.10.2017, based on the present total strength of the teachers.

5.In view of the above submission, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the proposal dated 27.10.2017 submitted by the third respondent school and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
