Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.AJMAL KHAN S.A., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocare (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent No.1, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 2 and 3/petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1819 of 2021, dated 16.03.2021, on the file of this Court.

2.The petitioner has filed the present petition on the ground that after granting anticipatory bail, the respondents 2 and 3/petitioners have threatened the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the respondents 2 and 3/petitioners have duly complied with the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2494 of 2021 condition imposed by this Court. Now the investigation has been completed in Crime No.28 of 2021 and also filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.415 of 2021 before the learned Mahila Court, Madurai and its pending for trial. 4.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 2 and 3/petitioners.
