[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent - Bank would submit that the matter has been settled out of Court and the writ petition may be disposed of as settled out of Court.

2. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of as settled out of Court. The respondent - Bank shall take all further action requiring to close the loan account of the petitioner and release the documents to the petitioner forthwith. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
