This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register an FIR, based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 09.10.2017.

2.According to the petitioner, he made a complaint on 09.10.2017 to the respondent against the proposed accused. Since no action has been taken on his complaint, he has filed the present Criminal Original Petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and the same has been forwarded to the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Cell, Madurai and the respondent police is awaiting for the report. 4.In view of the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then, he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law, otherwise, further proceedings shall be dropped. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
