ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who seeks anticipatory bail, is facing charges under Sections 406 and 120B of IPC.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that so far no case has been registered against the petitioner and now, the case has been transferred to Central Crime Branch, Madurai and the enquiry is going on. 3.Since no case has been registered against the petitioner so far, the question of granting anticipatory bail to her may not arise. The petitioner can workout his remedy in accordance with law, if any trouble arises during the course of enquiry. She can also take steps to redress his grievance.

4.With the aforesaid liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
