ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are the accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.157 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested on 12.04.2015 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b) 2 (c) of NDPS Act, and hence, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that each accused were found in possession of 8 kgs. of ganja totally 26 kgs.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners have no bad antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioners are in custody from 12.04.2015, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Principal Special Court (NDPS) cum Additional District Court, Madurai, and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders.
