This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint made by the petitioner on 05.07.2017.

2.According to the petitioner, the complaint has been made before the respondent police on 05.07.2017, but no action has been taken to register the complaint of the petitioner so far, hence the present Criminal Original Petition is filed before this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has filed a report stating that the respondent police enquired the complaint and the same has been closed.
