When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent stated that the petition mentioned enquiry would be concluded within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

3.It is made clear that it is open to the respondents to pass orders one way or the other. This Court has not given any positive direction in favour of the writ petitioner. The only direction that is now given is that the petitioner's request would be disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
