By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2.Mr.M.Jegadeesh Pandian, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that though the petitioner submitted a representation dated 29.12.2020, to the Sub Inspector of Police, Melavalavu Police Station, Madurai District, to issue a non traceable certificate regarding missing of original registered sale deeds, so far the second respondent did not take any action. 3.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner was registered in C.S.R.No.383 of 2020 and is pending for enquiry.
4. In the circumstances, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2020, after conducting proper enquiry, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
