ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.366 of 2011 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Nagercoil, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner/plaintiff contended that he is aged about 75 years. He has filed a suit in O.S.No.366 of 2011 before the I Additional District Munsif Court, Nagercoil, for permanent injunction. Originally, the suit was filed before the trial Court on the ground of pecuniary jurisdiction. Now the suit is transferred to the learned II Additional Sub Judge, Nagercoil at Kanniyakumari District and renumbered as O.S.No.188 of 2024. 3.The learned counsel for the respondents contends that they have no objection for allowing this petition.

4.Considering the age of the petitioner, the learned II Additional Sub Judge, Nagercoil at Kanniyakumari District, is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.188 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
