It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in respect of the same set of facts, already a complaint has been given and the same has been enquired into and closed and therefore, the second complaint preferred by the proposed party is not maintainable.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that already enquiry is over and as the matter is "civil in nature", the complainant has been advised to approach the Civil Court and hereafter, presence of the petitioner is not required.
