This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 08.10.2017. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.390 of 2018 under Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Sections 354(A), 294(b) and 506(i) IPC.
3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
