ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to furnish all the CC TV video footage and also secure and preserve all the CC TV video footage dated 31.01.2026, between the time of 10.00 am. to 01.00 p.m. recorded in the CC TV network functioning in the 3rd police station for the purpose of future investigation by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2026, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the facts of the case, the CCTV video footage dated 31.01.2026, between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., shall be produced before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court. The respondents are directed to preserve the same. The petitioner is at liberty to file a petition before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court for production of the same before the Court below.

3. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
