O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to transfer the investigation to file final report in Crime No.506 of 2013 from the second respondent to any other independent competent agency particularly the District Crime Branch, Nagercoil.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that after conducting enquiry, FIR in Crime No.506 of 2013 was closed as ''mistake of fact'.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that copy of the closure report has not been served upon the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, the respondent is directed to serve copy of closure report upon the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to work out remedy in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
