ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy to commit the case in an unnumbered charge sheet in Crime No.54 of 2016 within the stipulated period. 2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondent Police have already filed a final report and the same has been taken on file in PRC No.8 of 2019 by the learned Judicial Magistrate -II, Trichy.

3.The learned Judicial Magistrate -II, is directed to issue summons to the accused persons and issue copies to the accused persons and commit the case before the appropriate Court as expeditiously as possible.
