O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation given by the petitioner and to take necessary action on the complaint dated 27.09.2024.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the complaint of the petitioner was already considered and the same was closed on 21.11.2024, after due enquiry since the same was civil in nature. Today, the closure report is also served to the petitioner. 3.This Court heard both sides and perused the records placed before this Court.

4.Since the prayer sought for is only to consider the compliant of the petitioner and the same was already considered by the second respondent, nothing survives for further adjudication.

5.In view of the same, this Writ Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
