ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to respondents 1 and 2 herein not to harass the petitioners on the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is stated that the first petitioner is the mother of petitioners 2 and 3 and that the first petitioner is living with her sons. It is further stated that yet another son of the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner is not living with them and that he is not amenable or having good relationship with the petitioners. It is further stated that based on the complaint as against one Saravanan, namely, the other sons of the first petitioner, the petitioners are being unnecessarily harassed and tortured by calling them to the police station every day and thereafter, making them to wait unnecessarily.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that petition enquiry as against one Saravanan who is also one of the sons of the first petitioner was already closed and that no further enquiry is contemplated. It is further assured that the petitioners will not be harassed or called upon for any enquiry in connection with the complaint as against the first petitioner's son, one Saravanan.

5. Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
