O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 13.05.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

4.The second respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and there shall be no harassment to the petitioner.

5. With the above directions, the petitions are disposed of.
