ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the 2nd respondent herein to register the FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.04.2015 and investigate the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.04.2015, petition enquiry has been conducted and closed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that closure report is not served on the petitioner.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the respondents are directed to serve the closure report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate and file protest petition in accordance with law.
