O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders passed by this Court dated 12.12.2019 made in W.P.(MD) No.26406 of 2019.

2. Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.K.Kannan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would fairly submit that, pursuant to the orders passed, dated 12.12.2019, order of rejection has been passed by the respondents in the said order, and subsequently, the same has been challenged by the petitioner in another writ petition.

3. The net result, therefore is that, the order dated 12.12.2019 has been complied with.
