Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to call for the records of the impugned orders passed by the 3rd respondent dt.30/08/2019 in Parvai Tho.Na.Thu 332/2019 and quash the same and conseqently direct the 2nd respondent to pay pension For Petitioner : Mr.Subash Babu For Respondent : Mr.J.Senthil Kumaraiah Standing Counsel

O R D E R

It is stated that the respondents have preferred an appeal against the order of the writ court and notice has been ordered therein to the respondents in C.M.P.(MD).No.951 of 2021. When the Honourable Division Bench has taken cognizance of the matter, it would not be appropriate to simultaneously adjudicate the contempt petition. Hence, the contempt petition is closed. However, in case, the petitioner is of the view that the disobedience continues even after the final disposal of the writ appeal itself, it is open to the petitioner to exercise his rights with regard to such disobedience, in accordance with law.
