ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner, based on the complaint dated 15.07.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents . 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the wife of the petitioner has filed a complaint against the petitioner before the second respondent and she has also filed a divorce petition in M.C.No.354 of 2016 before the Family Court, Mysore. complaint to the second respondent, the wife of the petitioner and her family members threatened the petitioner and hence, he has given a representation to the respondents on 15.07.2016, seeking police protection. As the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents submitted that the respondent police will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.07.2016 and pass appropriate orders.

5.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.07.2016 and to pass orders in accordance with law. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
