For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 15.03.2019, made in W.P(MD)No.17774 of 2017, this Contempt Petition is filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing toady, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court, dated 15.03.2019, has been complied with and now, the petitioner is receiving family pension.
