This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint dated 7.5.2015 preferred by the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 498(A), 406, 420 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Sections 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act and to take action against the accused in accordance with law.
