This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the respondent No.1 to conduct Fresh De Nova Investigation in C.C.No.59 of 2015 on the file of the learned District Munisf cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Nanguneri in Crime No.202 of 2014 on the file of the respondent No.2 dated 7.10.2014 and file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted for the simple reason that there is a remedy under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
